Island ConnectEd Registration

Step 1: Create Profile

Are you new to Island ConnectEd? To get started, create a user account with the Island ConnectEd Registration System.

Step 2: Enrolment/Course Request

Have you already created a profile/applied to Island ConnectEd? Login to submit an application for Enrolment/Course Request!

Step 3: Application Approval

Final step is to review and authorize your application form. An email will then be sent to the parent/guardian or student if over 19 and will provide a document link to authorize the application agreement electronically.

Please Note:

Grade K-9 Registration is closed for the 2018/19 School year. We are accepting registrations for the 2019-2020 school year. Students moving in from out of district are asked to call the office for more information on their options.
Island ConnectEd is open in the summer for Grade 10-12 enrolment. New grade 11 and 12 courses are being developed (click here to see expected availability). A limited number of grade 11 and 12 courses are already available and open for registration. Others will be added to the enrolment form when completed. Please look at the “Students and Parents” tab on our website for updates and teacher availability schedules.
Students in Kindergarten through Grade 9 enroll in full-time studies at Island ConnectEd; taking all their courses with our school. Following a student/family’s registration, you will be contacted within a few days to schedule a meeting (a) to discuss our school, (b) to discuss an educational plan, and (c) to help ensure our school is a good fit for your child’s educational needs. By completing the registration above, you are initiating this process but parents will be asked to confirm their enrolment plans before enrolment is finalized.
Students enrolling in grade 10-12 courses do so on a course by course basis. Students may enroll for full-time studies at Island ConnectEd or they may be cross-enrolled with our school and their local school. These courses are available to students throughout the province of BC and are free for school aged-students and non-graduates. (Please take care to record your username and password as you will use this each time you request a course.)
